Welcome to the Real Estate Test Blog. Orginally, I created this blog just to play around and learn some things to help improve my rankings for my real estate website. Since that time, I've learned some - I've a long way left to go. That's for sure. But, along the way, I've created a handful of real estate blog themes for WordPress and tested some ideas about how to use Google maps, create powerful single property websites and lots of completely above board methods of improving the rankings of my website. Most of what I have learned can be summed up with the very simple idea of building real relationships online the same way we do offline. This website will very shortly become a nice resource for real estate bloggers to learn some basic to intermediate SEO as well hopefully pick up a nice blog theme - they're free! More to come once I have the site ready...
Update 9/8/09: The theme is live now and can be viewed here downloaded here.
The blog themes on the site have been gone for a while now, but, I’ am ready to release a new updated keller Williams Blog theme. Slowly, I’ll get all of them re-released wioth more of a 2.0 feel. The new KW theme is in the final phases of testing on a live site that I created for my market center. You can view the working model here and if you would like an early copy, just post a comment and I’ll make it happen. I’ll replace the logo at the top left of that theme with one that does not have the office affiliation on it like the one you see there and it will come with a readme file that will get you up and going in no time. You can leave that slideshow or replace it with a picture - whatever you want. Just let me know.
KW Agent here. Franklin, TN. Have seen and downloaded your version 1 some time ago. Was checking and found you now have version 2. The new site is great. It really pops! I like the flow and presentation for the user. I think your first was very good. I am look for some variety in presenting some different sites. I would like to get a copy of the site, if possible. Please replace the logo since we have one of our own. I assume I can change it out. Keep up the good work. Very impressed with what you have done.
