So I have tested and tested and got it up and running. The first one of these single property websites that we have up and running is to market homes for sale in John’s Creek and the specific website is designed for a property to market homes for sale in Haynes Landing. So here is a rundown of the plugins you will need if you want to make one of these bad boys for your clients, or, at least these are the ones I used:
Anything else you add would be nice to have if you like it, but, these are what you will need to make it work the way mine works in the example I have linked to above. A few other things to get you going are that you need to set up a second page template - one for the slideshow used on the homepage and for the framed in google map as well as a second “normal” page template to use for the proeprty description, contact page and “email a friend” form.
There is a little bit of css coding required in the theme you use as well as the style option in the nextgen gallery. As for the plugins, I was able to get everything to work using the instructions provided from the plugin developers instructions.
