In this day and age technology makes it super easy for all of us to capture our own high quality images. I don't always believe in hiring a professional to do the photography for you. You can save money by doing it yourself. Every little and last piece of info you need to learn on how to be a great photographer is available for free online, it just takes a bit of time and effort on your behalf to teach yourself how to be an awesome photographer.

You have to want to do it though!

If money is no issue, then spend it on a pro, but you don't have too if you have the right tools. Every good agent should come well equipped with a high quality digital camera.

DSLR cameras are not the only way to go either! You can find even better (much smaller) point and shoot wide angle cameras that will do the job just a good, if not better.

Nikon DSLR cameras are really good, they are just too big to carry around comfortably.

I have a Canon 40D with a 10-22 mm lens on for most of my pictures.
